Joseph M. Gesker, Jr.

Joe concentrates his practice in civil and commercial litigation. He represents design professionals in commercial litigation matters.

Joe is a graduate of Providence College (B.A., cum laude, 2000) and the University of Dayton School of Law (J.D., 2003). In law school he received the C.A.L.I. award for Federal Jurisdiction.

Prior to joining Lee & McShane, P.C., Joe was in private practice in Northern Virginia, Maryland and the D.C. Metropolitan area. He is admitted to the bar and federal courts of Maryland, Virginia and Massachusetts.
