    Lee & McShane's focus is on assisting design professionals in managing both their business and the risks of doing business in the contentious construction arena. We are familiar with and understand owners' demands and contractor complaints. Alternative dispute resolution is always considered. Our attorneys are skilled at persuading the other side to agree to mediation, arbitration, and mini-trials -- whenever those methods promise a cost-effective solution.

    The firm is an associate member of the ACEC, Consulting Engineers Council of Metropolitan Washington as well as a Professional Affiliate member in local chapters of the American Institute of Architects.
