Our commercial litigation practice concentrates on the representation of architects and engineers and other professionals in construction litigation disputes. Our extensive experience in the construction arena has benefited all our clients in other commercial litigation disputes. We especially are familiar with indemnification clauses, AIA contracts and worker injury law suits.

Members of the team also are active in the ABA Forum on Construction.
