John P. Williams

A Washington D.C. native, John specializes on advising regional businesses on transactional and litigation matters. John is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia, and advises clients on corporate planning, contract review, structuring acquisitions and divestitures, and employment-related matters. John also advises clients on commercial disputes, such as breach of contract claims and construction litigation.

John volunteers his time with the D.C. Bar’s Small Business Clinic, and is a member of the American Bar Association’s Business Law Section. John is fluent in Spanish, has experience advising institutional investors on corporate governance matters in Latin America, and is a member of D.C.’s Salvadoran American Chamber of Commerce.
